冬菇蛋花粥

以前係澳洲讀書的時候,
最鐘意煲粥,
簡單方便.

用普通電飯煲就得,
加多啲水,
用對筷子隔住個蓋就得.
覺得太希就煲耐啲,
太杰就加番啲滾水囉.

冬菇蛋花粥有益健康又好味.
鮮冬菇切絲,
雞蛋做蛋花,
臨食之前加蔥花,
色香味俱全~

想再懶啲,
用隔夜飯加熱水當潮州粥煲一樣得.
